Rank Structure
Granee Lorda/Supreme Mogul (Grand Lord) - IXI Driver IXI
The Granee Lorda is the representative and irrefutable leader of the Hutt Cartel. The rank itself carries true power as the Grand Lord’s word is to be considered law, with any betrayal or disobeying of his word being severely punishable. The current Granee Lorda is IXI Driver IXI , who dwells in his Palace on Nal Hutta.
Con Lorda (Underlord) - BANANA KING 312, The Di5traction
The Con Lorda is a position within the leadership structure of the Hutt Cartel. The Con Lorda is the primary adviser or counselor to the Granee Lorda, with the additional responsibility of representing the Granee Lorda in meetings both within the Cartel and with external organizations. The Con Lorda is a close, trusted friend and confident, the Cartel’s version of an elder statesman. They are one of the few members of the Cartel not related to the Granee Lorda who can argue with him or her, and is often tasked with challenging the Grandee Lorda when needed.
Lorda (Lord) -
The Lordas are the individuals who make up the Lordas' Council, holding elected positions within the ruling echelon of the Cartel. The Lorda’s duty is to organize operations to expand and solidify Cartel influence, while ensuring military stability. Lordas often express specialties in their operations, with some favoring illegal sports betting, while others focus on contract mercenary work. Presently, all Lordas are Hutts.
Champio (Captain) - Ludius Septem
Champios are those leading large syndicate operations. They have proven loyalty to the Cartel beyond reproach and are trusted with the very safety and security of the Lordas' Council. Traditionally, this represents the highest rank a non-Hutt may achieve within the Cartel. Each Champio is assigned to one of the ruling kadijics and, aside from loyalty to the Cartel itself, are expected to be devoted followers of the Lorda above them. The scale and number of operations run by members at this rank vary greatly.
Enforcer - Malevolent
Enforcers have proven their worth in the arena of the galaxy. They are capable of handing out jobs to prospects or even hiring the early stages of personal empires. Enforcers also include big name bounty hunters, and burgeoning entrepreneurial minds. Prospects may make it happen, but Enforcers are the ones who make sure the tasks are completed successfully.
Kung (Prospect) -
Everyone starts at this rank when they join the Cartel. This rank is specific to newcomers, giving them a chance to learn how the Cartel works, and to prove their worth. Kungs range from fresh-faced mercs, bounty hunters and rookie businessmen and women. As they have yet to earn the Cartel’s trust, they have also not earned the Cartel’s money, and work largely for the honor of being a member of the cartel if promoted.

Mercenary Associate Structure
The Mercenary Structure of the Hutt Cartel will serve to maintain order in the indirect member clans and individuals. Mercenaries will be used on a contract by contract basis allowing for a more malleable force for a variety of different purposes. One mercenary clan will, however, be allowed the primary security contract for all Hutt games and to provide members for that purpose. Additional mercenary clans may be hired by individual Senior Hutt Cartel Members as their personal security detail or for other purposes they deem necessary and may allocate the resources for.
Honorary Titles
Around all Hutts of note there always swarm attendants and lackeys of some form or another, desperate to prove themselves, or content to sponge of their success of their masters. The Grandee Lorda of the Hutt Cartel is no different, and ensures that his noted subjects are recognized (if for their deeds or his ease is unsure) with titles that carry certain duties with them. These titles, though honorific in nature, occasionally carry perks - and downsides - with them. Below can be found a list of these titles, in their native Huttese, but translated for the ease of those who do not speak the supreme language of the Hutts.
Supreme Mogul (Commander-In-Chief) - BANANA KING 312
With power delegated down from the Grandee Lorda, and with the backing of the Lorda Council, the Supreme Mogul acts as overall commander for the 'paid up' members of the Cartel, its Cartel Defense Force (Navy) and Mercenaries (Army). Whilst the rank commands great respect, it also commands almost constant vigilance against attack from both within and without.
Stuka Cripso (Guard Captain) - The Di5traction
Commanding the Personal Guard of the Grandee Lorda, and tasked as his personal protector on official occasions, the Stuka also possesses keys/passcodes to many of the rooms in the Grandee Lordas Palace. With unprecedented access to the Grandee Lorda, and the perks that brings, the only downside is that all previous Stukas have found themselves imprisoned or worse, if their is a security breach.
Bootana Chuba (Chamberlain)
Known as the 'Keeper of the House' of the 'Majordomo' to the Leader of the Cartel, the Boontana Chuba has almost constant access to the Lorda, and is charged with managing their day-to-day affairs. Often speaking with the authority of their master, the same risks as the Stuka apply - for failure to do the bidding of their master often has terminal outcomes.
Pateeyama (Advisor)
Almost always a Hutt or Senior member of the Cartel, the Pateeyama serves as private counsel to the Grandee Lorda, their words carrying great weight in the eyes of their master.
Bargon-Sleemo (Contract Master)
Both loved and hated in equal measure, the Contract Master deals with the Bounties and Missions issued by the Grandee Lorda himself, often occupying a smaller palace near the Grandee Lordas. Acting in many respects as the first port of call to meeting the Grandee Lorda, the Contract Master deals out rewards and punishments to those who succeed or fail to deliver.
